Cancellation Policy
- Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival may incur a fee.
- For non-refundable bookings, the non-refundable policy applies regardless of the cancellation notice period.
- Please note that group bookings are subject to a separate cancellation policy

7 AM – 12 Midnight Friday & Saturday.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily
Smoking: Non-smoking facility
Designated outdoor areas available. We reserve the right to apply smoking cleaning fee.
Pets: Service animals only
Wi-Fi: Complimentary throughout the building
Housekeeping: Available upon request, please visit the front desk to arrange.
Dining Hours: Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM daily, included with your reservation.

By Transit:
All routes terminate at UBC (5–10 min walk to Carey
Lodge).

From YVR Airport
By Car (~30 mins):
- Grant McConachie Way East → Arthur Laing Bridge.
- Merge onto SW Marine Dr (keep right at Granville/BC-99 fork).
- Left to stay on SW Marine Dr → NW Marine Dr → Chancellor’s Blvd.
- Right on Wesbrook Mall → Right on Iona Dr.
- Parking: Limited, first-come basis. Register via main
door QR code or front desk.
By Transit (~60 mins):
- No direct bus. Take
Canada Line SkyTrain (Northbound) and transfer at:- Oakridge: Bus R4
- Broadway-City Hall: Bus #99 (B-Line)
- Olympic Village: Bus #84
- Langara-49th Ave: Bus #49
- Arrival: UBC is the final stop (5 min walk to Carey
Lodge).

Complimentary parking passes are provided to all guests. Pick up your pass at check-in.
- Parking is available for $26 CAD per night. Payment is made through the PayByPhone app, for both underground and outdoor parking.
- For underground parking, use your Goki PIN code to access the garage — this is the same PIN code used to access your room.
