Multiple bus routes from downtown Vancouver lead to UBC. To plan your trip or locate bus stops, use TransLink’s

- Express bus: #44.
- Regular buses: #4 or #14.
All buses terminate at UBC, with stops within a 5-minute walk of the Carey Lodge.
From Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
By Car (~30 minutes)
- Head east on Grant McConachie Way.
- Cross the Arthur Laing Bridge, continuing onto Southwest Marine Drive.
- Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Granville Street/BC-99, merging onto SW Marine Drive.
- Turn left to stay on Southwest Marine Drive.
- Continue on Southwest Marine Drive as it becomes Northwest Marine Drive and later Chancellor’s Boulevard.
- Turn right onto Wesbrook Mall.
- Turn right onto Iona Drive.
Parking: Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the QR code on the main entrance doors to register and pay at the front desk during office hours.
By Transit (~60 minutes)
Note: There is no direct bus service from Vancouver International Airport to UBC.
- From YVR, take the Canada Line SkyTrain (all trains head north).
- Transfer at one of the following stations to a bus heading to UBC:
- Oakridge Station (41 Ave. & Cambie St.): Take bus R4.
- Broadway-City Hall Station (Broadway & Cambie St.): Take bus #99 (B-Line).
- Olympic Village Station (4 Ave. & Cambie St.): Take bus #84.
- Langara-49th Ave Station (49 Ave. & Cambie St.): Take bus #49.
Arrival at UBC: UBC is the final stop for all buses and within a 5-minute walk of the Carey Lodge.
